Wat Arun is the most famous Bangkok Temple. This is must-visit temple in Bangkok and is located on the west bank of River Chao Phraya. The craftsmanship of this temple is world famous and considered as the most outstanding ones in Thailand.Temples In Bangkok The 70 meter spire of the temple is highly decorated with Chinese porcelain and colored glasses. This temple is also known as Temple of Dawn and looks stunning when sunset happens. It is important to remember that most of the Bangkok Temples are not opened after 6 p.m. The visitors must dress appropriately as the temples are considered as very sacred places. Short dresses, revealing tops and shoes are not allowed in the temples.
